Tools holder WH.7

This tool holder, made of anodized aluminum, is used to hold various tools that are necessary for operating the saw and the clamping devices. For quick and orderly access, the tool holder is attached to the back of the diamond wire saw.

Signal light SL.3

This signal lamp indicates the operating status of the diamond wire saw with 3 colors (green-yellow-red). Since our saws can work without constant supervision, the signal light helps to inform the operator about the operating status over a greater distance.

Rotary unit DE.100

The DE.100 rotary unit ensures precise cutting with minimal roughness and high flatness. The workpiece is clamped in a four-jaw chuck and rotated during the cutting process. The unit can be manually adjusted in the X-direction by 100 mm with an accuracy of 0.01 mm, and a digital scale displays the position. It can accommodate workpieces with diameters ranging from 5 to 120 mm, and even the smallest groove incisions are possible. The unit is mounted on the saw's T-slot table, and the rotation speed is continuously adjustable. A lock function allows it to be used as a fixed clamping unit. The unit is connected to your diamond wire saw via a plug and automatically switches off after the cutting process.

Adjustable clamping unit SE.100

Workpieces can be clamped and machined horizontally or vertically on this clamping unit equipped with grooves. The clamping unit can be fed 100 mm in the X direction with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. A digital scale shows the current position.

Front/Side T-Slot Plate VP.XXX

The VP.XXX is a precisely manufactured front/side T-slot plate designed to be used with the modular SE.100 clamping system. Available in three lengths (130 mm, 230 mm, 330 mm), it is perfectly matched to our diamond wire saw models DWS.175, DWS.250, and DWS.375. Each plate comes with two eccentric clamping sets and allows for quick, easy, and secure sample clamping – as shown in the application examples.

Eccentric Clamping Set ES.NT

The eccentric clamping set is specifically designed for secure and flexible clamping of workpieces on T-slot plates or tables.

It includes two eccentric clamps and two stop holders, allowing for quick, easy, and reliable fixation of components.

Thanks to its extremely low profile with a clamping height of just 5 mm, the set is also perfectly suited for clamping very flat samples.

Sample carrier holder PTH.SE

This sample carrier holder is mounted directly onto the SE.100 clamping unit and ensures secure accommodation of various workpiece carriers.
Compatible with the following carrier models: SPT.50, FPT.50, HPT.20/40, HAST.60, and GPT.4.
This allows the entire range of workpiece carriers developed for the DWS.100 to be used on saws equipped with a grooved table.

Swing unit WE.100

Tilting Unit with Manual X-Axis Adjustment – Compatible with DWS.250 / 250E / 375 / 375E

This tilting unit features manual X-axis adjustment with a travel range of 100 mm.
During the cutting process, it performs a tilting motion that improves the cut surface quality and reduces cutting time.

Machine vice MS.170

This slotted machine vice has a quick clamping system. It is aligned on the slot table so that the diamond wire enters the vise slot and saws through or into the clamped part. Both sides of the workpiece are held in the process. The maximum clamping travel is 170 mm. The lightweight vise is made of anodized aluminum.

Clamping set SP.58

With our 58-piece clamping set, parts can be clamped easily and directly on the slot table. The nickel-plated clamping elements for 10 mm grooves and M8 threads are clearly arranged in a plastic case.

Clamping block set SB.180

This clamping block set can be used to clamp round and square as well as small and large parts (up to 375 x 375 mm). Both clamping jaws are mounted directly on the slot table and can be moved independently of each other. The clamping block set is made of anodized aluminum, the clamping surfaces are made of stainless steel.

Clamping bock set SB.60

This clamping block set can be used to clamp round and square as well as small and large parts (up to 110 x 110 mm). It is mounted directly on the slot table. The two clamping jaws can be moved independently of each other on the entire slot table. The SB-60 set is also used to hold all specimen holders, which can be fed with the optional built-in micrometer with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. The clamping block set is made of anodized aluminum, the clamping surfaces are made of stainless steel.

Built-in micrometer EM.50

This micrometer is used to feed the various specimen holders in conjunction with the SB.60 clamping block set. The total adjustment travel is 50 mm with a feed accuracy of 0.01 mm.

Adjustable stop AB.100

This adjustable stop consists of a clamping plate and a micrometer. It serves as a stop for uniform, repeatable specimen displacement. It is simply fixed in the corresponding groove of the groove table.

Mini vice MS.30

Micro vice 25 MS.25

This micro vise 25 is used to clamp the smallest specimens with a max. clamping width of 25 mm. The lateral specimen holder STP is used to hold the MS.25.

Micro vice 15 MS.15

This micro vise is used to clamp the smallest specimens with a max. clamping width of 15 mm. The lateral specimen holder STP or frontal specimen holder FPT is used to hold the MS.15.

Frontal sample carrier FPT.50

This frontal sample carrier is used to hold our specimen holder discs APT.50 and KPT.50 mm as well as the mini vice MS.30 or the rotary table DT.50. The frontal sample carrier can be used with the diamond wire saw DWS.100, the clamping block set SB.60 or the clamping unit SE.XXX.

Ratary table DT.50

With the DT.50 Rotary table, samples can be rotated to an accuracy of 1° and then separated. The turntable is used to hold our various sample carrier disks with a diameter of 50 mm. The DT.50 itself is clamped onto the frontal sample carrier. (FPT.50)

Horizontal sample carrier HPT.20/40

This horizontal sample carrier serves as an all-round sample holder, as small holders made in-house can be attached to it. The HPT.20/40 can be inserted directly into the specimen holder of the DWS.100. In conjunction with the SE.XXX clamping unit and the SB.60 clamping block set, it can also be used with all grooving table saws.

Horizontal special carrier HST.60

The HST.60 enables repeatable precision cuts thanks to a vernier scale and adjustable end stop. Special clamping brackets securely hold workpieces up to 55 mm wide, 11 mm high, and with a cutting depth of 55 mm. Ideal for serial cutting of glass strips or plate-shaped workpieces. Suitable for the DWS.100 as well as all table machines in combination with SB.60 or SE.100+PTH.SE.

Goniometer GPT.4

This goniometer is adjustable in four axes and can be inserted directly into the specimen holder of the DWS.100 with its receptacle. In conjunction with the SE.XXX clamping unit or the SB.60 clamping block set, it can also be used in all slot table machines. The adjustment key, specimen holding plate and a pair of wax pads are included in the scope of delivery.

Heating plate HP.90

The HP.90 heating plate is specifically designed for securely mounting workpieces with wax onto our carrier discs.

Thanks to the high-quality stainless steel housing, the heated carrier plate can be pushed directly into the cooling zone after heating. This eliminates the potentially hazardous handling of hot components, improves workplace safety, and allows the workpiece to cool down significantly faster.

As a result, the waiting time before the cutting process is reduced, enabling a quicker transition to the next production step.

For additional safety, the HP.90 is equipped with a timer switch that supplies power to the heating plate for 15 minutes at the press of a button – a simple yet effective measure to prevent unintended continuous operation.

The heating surface has a diameter of 90 mm and can be adjusted in 6 steps.

Special wax SW.4

With this special wax, samples can be easily and detachably bonded to our carrier discs TS. The carrier disc is heated on a heating plate and the wax is melted on it at approx. 70°C. The samples is then pressed into the liquid wax and allowed to cool. The sample is then pressed into the liquid wax and allowed to cool. The wax holding force is quite sufficient for a diamond wire cut.

Potting resin for embedding samples, consisting of 1 kg hardener and epoxy resin as well as 3 pcs. silicone cups and 10 pcs. wooden sticks for mixing a transparent embedding compound with a curing time of approx. 3 hours.

Reusable silicone containers in 16 different quardrat and rectangular shapes with widths, lengths and heights from 20x20x20 mm to 100x40x20 and 75x75x75 mm for embedding difficult-to-clamp samples.

Unter table UT.X

This under table for placing our diamond wire saws, consisting of aluminum profiles with plastic panels and a three-part and lockable drawer cabinet. Available with adjustable machine feet or two fixed and two movable casters. The size and height of the lower table is adapted to the corresponding saw type for ergonomic working.

Magnifying lamp LL.400

Magnifying lamp including holder for optimal illumination of the work table (63 LED`s) as well as for magnified view of the separating cut (2.5x). The gooseneck allows quick and easy positioning of the magnifying lamp.

Microloupe ML.30

The hand-held microloupe can be used to inspect diamond wire wear directly on the saw. The focusable magnifier with 30x magnification has an integrated illumination.

Line laser LA.24

The focusable, 24V class 1 line laser helps to align the specimens. It is attached to the saw with the corresponding holder and is switched on and off at the machine display.

Spray protection SP.XXX

The Plexiglas splash guard protects the work table from being tampered with during sawing and from possible water splashes or material splinters. It is simply placed in the groove of the groove table.

Safety cover SV.250

Safety cover, transparent, easy to open.
Sensor-protected operation only when the hood is closed,
can also be removed. (Saw very safe even without SV.250)

Grease gun FP.60

The mini grease gun enables precise lubrication of the two rotating shafts within the saw unit. Maintenance requirements—including timing, procedure, and lubrication points—are clearly indicated to the operator via the machine display.
The grease gun is pre-filled at the factory with 60 ml of high-performance specialty grease and is ready for immediate use.

Cutting fluid SF.1

This cutting fluid is a concentrate without hazardous substances and biodegradable. An addition of 3-5% in the water avoids the corroding of the sample to be machined, e.g. made of steel, and prevents the material abrasion from sticking to the diamond wire. The liquid is filled in a transparent 1 liter plastic bottle.

Power cleaner KR.500

The Würth power cleaner is a detergent for metallic surfaces and at the same time gentle on paint, rubber and plastic parts. It is filled in a 500 ml spray bottle.
